We the people formally request the acknowledgement of the Black Panther Party and the New Black Panther Party as a hate group. In addition we formally request that the members of this group be acknowledged as and labeled as terrorists.
In conclusion we ask that the members of the Black Panther Party, and the New Black Panther Party be legally held responsible for their actions to the same extent and equivalent as any member of the Ku Klux Klan or similar group.
