Acknowledge that chemical exposures (not just dioxin related) are happening and affecting servicemen/women overseas.

This is to acknowledge that both current veterans and veterans other than just vietnam veterans have been exposed to dioxins and other dangerous chemicals and that these exposures are the reason for a number of illnesses such as "gulf war syndrome". These illnesses are affecting veterans world wide and that by denying the veterans and contract workers overseas the right to medical care and treatment we are doing a great injustice.
