Despite what conventional history has taught us, more and more evidence has been coming out regarding Christopher Columbus and his conquest, not discovery, of America. We as a nation MUST acknowledge the wrongful killing of almost an entire indigenous race. Let us be the example the world needs. Let us be the ones to stand up for the original Americans. In turn, we will be the beacon for all Indigenous populations. If we do not respect our own people, how can we expect to have our own foreign policies respected?
