Acknowledge that Godzilla is a real threat and that a "Mecha-Godzilla" must be constructed to combat this menace.

For the last 50+ years, Godzilla has been a menace to Japan. It is only a matter of time that this monster reaches the shores of the United States. We must protect ourselves. Regular/conventional weapons have no effect on Godzilla, and new technologies must be created. By encouraging additional research in the fields of robotics and computers it would only be a matter of time before we can construct Mecha-Godzilla and protect our country. Many, many jobs would be created in this undertaking at all levels. Mecha-Godzilla would protect us from not only Godzilla, but Rodan, and Mothra as well.
