Being in full knowledge of the hundreds of trillions of dollars owed by the government of the United States, We the People respectfully request the Obama Administration devise a structured bankruptcy plan that allows us to avoid a total collapse of the economy. Please explain to us how you understand the impact of a failed dollar on the American people and the world as a whole. Please demonstrate how you understand that reducing the deficit by any percentage still increases the debt, and how we are presently sitting at something on the order of 600% GDP of liabilities.
