Acknowledge the IRS has violated civil rights and the public trust in regards to taxation and the 16th Amendment.

Created by K.S. on May 14, 2013

The Federal Government has hereby violated my civil rights by imposing unfair and unequal taxation, penalties, and harassment from the IRS. By identifying me and other Americans as conservative, the government has since 2010, imposed unduly and unwarranted reviews and audits of my tax return, causing me to not only pay my taxes, but finance a monthly tax payoff each year. The amount is unfair and un-American.Our rights as tax payers are protected under the 16th Amendment, which clearly states that..."all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States". By identifying a select group of taxpayers as an opponent of the President's and imposing fines and fees our rights are violated. All fees, fines, and taxes imposed during illegal audits must returned.
