We are petitioning the Federal Government to recognise the legality of a State to nullify laws which the State believes are against the Constitution and the right to dissolve the union between any State and the Federal Government on the basis of ignoring the Constitutionally defined bounds of the Federal Government. In the case that the Federal Government does freely choose to infringe upon the basic rights of the People, then the States should also maintain the right to make null either that law or the union binding the State with the Federal Government because the Constitution is that contract and breaking the contract automatically makes it null.
