This is not a petition demanding the legalization or decriminalization of Cannabis. This IS a petition demanded that President Obama and the government ACKNOWLEDGE FACT.
A)Acknowledge that Cannabis has medicinal value
B)Acknowledge that Cannabis and Drug Education amongst the youth needs to change.
C)Acknowledge that Cannabis IS LESS HARMFUL than alcohol.
By President Obama acknowledging these FACTS it will allow a dramatic policy shift to finally occur
