acknowledge that the massacre committed by Maj. Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood on 5 Nov 2009 was indeed an act of terror.

Created by D.D. on February 21, 2013

The Departments of Defense, Justice and Veterans Affairs consider the massacre committed by Major Nidal Hasan on 5 Nov 2009 an act of "workplace violence," and not an act of terrorism. Because of this, the survivors are ineligible for the benefits entitled to them. We call on the Administration to stop playing politics and semantics, recognize that Maj. Hasan shot and killed our brave fighting men and women, along with civilian employees of the DoD and their families, and provide them the benefits they all deserve.
