Acknowledge the Oath of Office that he took to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States".

I would like to petition the President of the United States of America to acknowledge that the Constitution of the United States of America is the basis for our government. To acknowledge that, when he took his oath of office, he swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. And, lastly, to acknowledge that any attempt to circumvent the checks and balances that our forefathers set in place in order to ensure that no one branch of the federal government has the power to dictate the laws in our country, is a violation of this oath and should be grounds for dismissal.
