Parents are losing their children to custodial parents creating false allegations of abuse and withholding visitation by using telling their children outright lies about the other parent creating a hostile environment for the parent and the child. This is psychological abuse to the child as well as hostile manipulation of the justice system and the other parent. The custodial parent uses systematic tactics to gain complete control of the children as well as to gain increased child support.
Support parental rights for both parents by eliminating the automatic assumption that the mother is the best parent and looking at the environments and capabilities of both parents without gender bias and accusations of abuse that are unfounded.
