Acknowledge that the US Government participated in and operated in it's past, committing crimes involving the Eradicating and decimation of the Indigenous Indian Heritages through the use of Re-Schooling, Bounty Hunting, Dis-Placement and Removal of Spiritual, Religious and Ceremonial Rights.
Further, that the United States Government has continued to hold back the advancement of Indigenous Indians through the use of Treaties designed to withhold Land values, Services and Rights to said such Lands.
Also, that the United States Government is to make amends by creating new Treaties granted to said Indigenous Indians and any and all future claims from Indigenous Indians and any Tribes affected by past crimes from Mexico and Canada inclusive, and uphold all Human Rights therein.
