We petition the Obama administration to acknowledge an unexplored civil rights issue regarding the current state of wireless technology.
It has become necessary to warn individuals in large, confined crowds (stadiums, ballparks, motor speedways, etc.)...
that if they receive an emergency evacuation notice and/or panic-inducing information from their personal cell phone or mobile device...
it's almost certainly a hoax designed to create an artificially generated stampede.
People have a fundamental right to know that legitimate venue evacuation orders are delivered via the public address system, possibly in tandem with video screens.
This is a matter of enhanced situational awareness consistent with general public safety, the Second Amendment and the right to defend oneself.
