Acknowledge Robotic Automation of labor as a primary cause of job loss world wide.

Created by L.M. on September 26, 2011

Technological innovations have been replacing human labor in all sectors from agriculture, to automated teller machines, to automated robotic manufacturing on our vehicle assembly lines. All jobs that can be performed by human beings are in the process of being automated, yet we continue to focus on job creation as a means of fixing our economic system. When machines performing tasks far more efficiently than people could, why continue to give people money for work? With robots performing the majority of labor, Creating Jobs merely for the sake of creating jobs seems foolhardy. Providing monetary incentive to educate oneself, remain fit, and raise a family, may be the only way to keep capital flowing in a market system where labor is performed by machines.
