Whereas the natural beauty of Mandi has long been acknowledged an Executive Order or legislation is required that will mandate that her profile picture be changed at regular intervals so as that the populace may experience her beauty from various angles, poses, conditions and environments. This executive order or legislation shall not be limited in scope nor duration and shall not be confined to a specific set of clothing options. All clothing options should be represented including but not limited to casual wear, professional attire, beachwear and others as deemed appropriate by the administration.
This Executive Action or Legislation shall be implemented in an expeditious manner as certain segments of the population are starving for and could benefit from beauty in their lives.
