To enact legislation on a federal level that requires all states,county,and cities, to utilze holders of concealed carry permits, as vollunteer/part time police officers, deputies,and security. As long as holder is in agreement, state or federal gov. pays for training, All concealed carry holders be allowed to carry at all social and government functions, schools, college, church, festivals, job, in other states with out hassle.
