to acknowledge their oath to the US Constitution in its entirety, and by extension the sovereignty of the Union's States

Created by D.W. on January 12, 2013

President Obama has stated that the Federal Government usurps the sovereignty of the States that it is comprised. This is not constitutional. President Obama swore to uphold the constitution. We hold him to his sworn oath.

States are sovereign unto themselves.
They are unified under a Federal Constitution in which they voted to be a part.
A sovereign state implicitly has the right to abandon the Federal Constitution because the freely elected to join the constitution. A sovereign state may annul parts of a Constitution. If this is not the case the state is not sovereign.
