ACKNOWLEDGE THE URBAN STATE CORPORATION AS A FOREIGN SECURITY HOLDER AND TO BE EXEMPT FROM ALL LEVY

On September 26th 2013 I walked in the U.S. Department of State Authentication Office with Official documents all being notarized for certification. I was told by a agent that I had no rights to present documents at this office. I presented the papers with an official copyright from the library of congress (1-gh6cq1) and all documents were supported under the Uniformed Commercial Code. As of now I am a slave and being held in the United States of America as a political prisoner. The government had a shutdown and because of that my foreign securities were delayed. As of now all of my official documents are in the possession of the U.S. Department of State. I need my documents returned to me so that I could better prepare for the destruction that Obama care bring to black people.
