It seems violent video games get used as a scapegoat a lot now a days. Video games are not the cause of violence but usually a by product of a kid who is alone and it is a way to escape reality. Violence today has many sources including, but not limited to, bad parenting, mental health issues, bullying in schools, and even yes violent media. There should be more restrictions on video games but do not view this as the sole issue with our society.
