We the People of the united states of america, in order to form a more perfect union, Peacefully request that the federal government abolish itself from the united states of america. Therefore making each state it's own district with it's own laws. Each District will then legally elect an official who is qualified to oversee that District without any ties from the federal elect government. Furthermore all districts will be exempt from federals laws.
