We petition the Obama administration to acknowledged that Federal, State, and Local law enforcement are often unable, whether through budgetary or geographic constraints, to protect All American Citizens equally from Armed criminals who posses illegal weapons. That banning 10+ capacity magazines and preventing law abiding citizens from carrying the weapons of their choice is not only a violation of the Second Amendment and the equal protection clause, but also will put law abiding citizens at greater risk to criminal activity and leave them without sufficient ability to defend oneself in an appropriate manner.
