While Hunter Moore allegedly paid Charles Evans to hack into the emails of "victims" for the benefit of IsAnyoneUp.com, the conversations between these two individuals via email are not enough proof to convict them of this crime. What is to say that the women whose pictures were "stolen" off of their computers did not send the photos out to another person? Try to tell me that everyone who goes to court tells the truth.
