Jeffery Barton, 52, saw people trespassing on his property and attempting to break into his car, so he followed the advice of Vice President Joe Biden, and shot 2 shotgun rounds into the air. Video below.

He simply shot 2 shotgun rounds into the air, not aimed at anyone, to scare off the people attempting to break into his property.
He is now under arrest for illegally discharging a weapon.
The Vice President should not go on camera and tell people to do something that is illegal. This man should be found not guilty or pardoned if he is found guilty because his life should not be ruined because of the Vice President's incompetence.
