Across all of America, give felons the right to vote after they complete their prison sentence.

Upon completion of prison sentence, felons deserve the right to vote because they paid their time. They deserve a say in creating and shaping the society that they are expected to live in. If you want a felon to not recommit their crime, then allow them to feel part of society, don't take away their rights and make them feel as an outsider. Also, its not right that a felon can vote in one state but not in another- the right to vote should not be decided at a state level. Had felons had the right to vote in Florida, Gore would have been president.
