Act with both houses of Congress to dissolve the United States of America.

Inasmuch as trhe United States government has repeatedly demonstrated that it is unwilling to: 1) Act in the best interests of the people, 2) Obey the Constitution as the supreme law of the land, 3) Obey the constitutional definition on coining money by printing endless volumes of what is becoming worthless paper ":currency", we the people request that the President of the United States initiate a bill in both houses of Congress dissolving the United States as a nation and clear the way for the individual states to hold their own referendums on whether or not they wish to form a new nation with a new constitution.
