COURT OFFICER OMISSIONS, LIES, MISREPRESENTATIONS IN COURT ARE “FRAUD UPON THE COURT“ AND MUST BE CURTAILED.
The US DOJ policy allowing “alternative defenses” has ushered in unprecedented fraud into the court room in civil cases (and many criminal), which are 80% of US court cases.
Truth, the very foundation of a legitimate court system, is broken, deteriorated and not accounted for openly. We are not receiving the honest services of our public officers in US Courts and government.
Some judges are selling rulings, like a business, with judges, prosecutors and attorneys openly defrauding the court. It should not be so.
Truth, a foundation of law, is not a business commodity to sell. Judges who do are exceeding their subject matter jurisdiction... defrauding "the court".
