This is a call to make unlawful the spoofing of Caller ID, IP address, Email or phone number by any individual, organization, or company unless the use is by law enforcement.
Any intent to deceive or spoof by a companyor an individual, or any company advertising the technology to so deceive the public should be prosecutable. Victims of Identity theft by the use of their name and number on Caller ID should be able to seek justice.
