Thousands of individuals suffer from neurological issues that
were present from birth. Currently there are limited public services available to assist these individusls. While some health coverages pay for services, most affected individuals are children and individuals who are unemployed or work for employers whos plans do not provide needed care. A full range of medical services are necesssary to address the needs of affected individuals.
