Children of wealthy Americans typically do not fight in our wars. We must find a way to equally share the burden of wars among all citizens, rich and poor. Shifting 10% of the annual cost of each war to the top 10% income Americans would help accomplish this goal--and very likely bring our extended wars to a much more rapid conclusion.
