ACT NOW AGAINST EBOLA!

Created by R.S. on August 03, 2014

No one is safe in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea and in fact the West Africa sub-region as the deadliest outbreak of Ebola in history continues to ravage the population. Bringing the epidemic under control requires massive deployment of personnel and resources by governments and aid agencies.
The ease and frequency of international travels and multinational congregations in today’s fast-paced world should alert us all to the urgency to mitigate the spread of this highly contagious disease. The deaths of top medical officers and the infection of Dr Kent Brantly - all coordinating the fight against Ebola do underline the urgency.
It is against this backdrop and with every sense of responsibility and commitment that we the undersigned are appealing to our Congress and the President to Act Now!
