act as our agent in counter suit to the GOP congressional members to recoup losses to their political shutdown

To name the President as our agent in a class action suit and to counter sue the GOP House members for:
-Libel, Slander, & Character Assassination of the sitting president with malice aforethought, in a manner that has brought financial harm to the American people and additional harm to the nation in matters of diplomacy and trade.
- Misdirection of taxpayer funds toward false investigation to further those ends (IRS, Benghazi, et al).
-Increasing risk by political acts at taxpayer expense, later to be blamed upon the president (shut down, etc).
- Placing personal contracts ahead of their oaths of office (Norquist pledge)
-Superseding the Constitution to grant a de facto veto power to the Speaker of the House.
-To expand libel suit as needed to include supporters of such actions (PACs)
