The American people have paid dearly for the shenanigans on Wall St. Once again these financiers are being allowed to enrich themselves at our expense. There is no shortage of oil that affects what we pay at the pump. Oil and gas prices are manipulated by gambling for profit on Wall St. by speculating on oil prices. Speculating on a product that affects the well being of every American should be outlawed forthwith.
