Act to protect to safety and civil liberties of members of the Responsible Association of Property Execters Union

We the members of the Responsible Association of Property Execters union do maintain that firearms ownership among private individuals creates an illegally “hostile and dangerous work environment” for R.A.P.E. union members, AND, that by preventing the occurrence of crime, private firearms owners are therefore impinging on the rights of R.A.P.E. union members to freely practice their federally protected alternative lifestyles.
THEREFORE, in order to rectify this unconstitutional situation, we the representatives of R.A.P.E. do respectfully submit a petition to the Obama Administration to issue an executive order commanding the immediate confiscation and destruction of all privately held firearms and forbidding all private firearms ownership.
