Act on the puertorican referendum of November 6, 2012 in which the Statehood won with 61.15% of the voters.

We the People of Puerto Rico, ask you to take the require action in Congress and act on the results of the referemdum of November 6, in which 54% of the voter, voted against the status cuo and 61.15% opted for the U.S. Statehood.
