We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

The act to punish police officers for brutality/ harassment of African-Americans when having no evidence to arrest

Created by D.C. on July 06, 2016

I feel that "I" as an African American fear my life each and everyday as I have to continue my life in this filthy world. I have to raise my kids in this world where I have no idea how they will be when I'm gone. I am starting to fear when I am in public, knowing that any second an officer (white) can point a gun at me and I am dead. I worried that than he will become free, continue to live out his good days, while I am buried 6ft under with any life in my body. I am worried that we are enslaved to the justice system, that my people are just animals that are killed and portrayed as an enemy. I am worried that officers (white) will continue to killed and annihilate us. If we do not do anything about this now, who will? We have equality rights too!
