Mr. President,
The problem is gang violence that is fully known throughout the country. Yet absolutely nothing is being done to possibly attempt to resolve this issue. One solution is, to re-institute the Draft. Our children safety is continuously being threaten by murder without thought, conscience or simple common decency for human life.
Why not re-institute the Draft in phases?. Any gang member that is identified, will be automatically Drafted in the military. They will be trained, and put in positions to go and fight for their country, instead of against their country. Especially, knowing that either way they are going to kill unjustly anyway!
A Draft will send a clear message to any person that is considering joining, or engaging in any type of gang activity.
