Due to an action call Subrogation Baptist Health in Miami
where my husband worked from 2003 to 2007 is claiming a settlement from the makers of Avandia, a medicine that took him to his death.
I have being left without my husband of 44 years because a Glasko Smith Co.(makers of Avandia) knowing how bad this product was decided to look the other way and continue selling it.
Now this settlement that for Baptist is nothing and for me is everything, they are claiming this funds. Is this fair?, my husband did not owe anything to them or any Dr or Hospiital.
