These are no longer protestors in our streets, but "domestic terrorists." They are destroying our cities and endangering the welfare of our citizens. In violation of state and federal laws they:
1) Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law.
2) Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;
3) Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.
4) Are calculated to influence or affect the conduct of government by intimidation or coercion, or to retaliate against government conduct; and
5) Are in violation of one of several listed statutes.
It is the responsibility of our government to assure the safety of the American people.
