We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Action For Orlando Terror Victims

Created by L.B. on June 14, 2016

We, hereby ask for a change in the way possible threats against our society are handled, to avoid another tragedy like The Orlando Massacre that we believe could've been prevented if we had enforced stricter laws towards those whom show indications to be a threat and/or have openly spoken in a matter to signal threats against any racial, ethnics and/or gender groups in our society. We ask for a law that would keep anyone who has been under surveillance to be monitored for a longer period and to prohibit those from obtaining any kind of weapons until cleared of suspicion. We ask to have a stricter law that would allow investigating and convicting those who induce into or commit acts of violence towards this community in the manner like or similar to that of Sheikh Sekaleshfar.
