If we want live in a secular country , our neighbor countries should also be secular. But over the last 15 years Pakistan has funding and sending it's terrorist groups to its neighbor countries, whether it's an attack on Mumbai (India) in 2008, or recently Uri attack which affected thousands of people directly whose dear ones which they have lost, and the Indian government has submitted every possible evidence that proves pakistan a terrorist funding state, but none has taken the action yet. So, With the hope of declaring it as an official terrorist state I'm submitting this petition.
