Activate the Army National Guard to protect all students on public and private school grounds and on college campuses.

All schools in the U.S. need a type of protection that only comes from the training provided to our soldiers. There are so many verterans that are out of work and are more than capable and willing to protect our children from the likes of people like Adam Lanza. The National Guard is already federally funded, they are already trained to kill an intruder, and there are far more soldiers without jobs than there are policemen or teachers that have never been in a life threatening situation. It takes more than one person to guard an entire school and our children deserve to be protected every minute that they are on any public or private school property or college campus. This is what the National Guard was created for, not war in Afghanistan, but Homeland Security in the United States.
