The Pentagon has stated unequivocally that climate change poses an immediate major national security threat. President Obama should invoke his Commander In Chief authority to direct all branches of the US military to immediately changeover our entire energy grid to renewable sources including solar, wind, geothermal, tidal, and conservation. Due to the fact that our very survival is at stake in the imminent future, the President should immediately outlaw all forms of dangerous fossil fuels including oil, gas, coal, and nuclear. Continuing to promote and even boast about record US oil and gas production while simultaneously claiming to be against climate change is blatantly hypocritical and threatens the very survival of the human race. Climate change is a MAJOR CRISIS.
