Activate Operation Reforger (Return of Forces to Germany) to signal our Resolve to defend Ukraine and NATO Countries

In view of the Implicit threat posed by the mobilization of the Armed Forces of the Russian federation, should the invasion of the Ukraine proceed beyond the Crimea, The Government of The United States of America should immediately commence Operation Reforger (Return of Forces to Germany) in preparation for the Defense of Europe, and to remain in that state, ready to repel any invasion by the Russian Federation or her allies, until such time as The President of The United States of America, in consultation with her allies, shall certify, that the danger of said invasion has past, as evidenced by a withdrawal of all Russian Armed Forces from the Crimea, and any other territory that it has invaded or occupied after the posted date of this petition.
