Actively oppose possession of nuclear material or nuclear power or production facilities of any kind by Iran.

As it is the position of the United States Departments of State and Defense that Iran is the foremost sponsor of terrorism in the world;
As Iran already possesses fossil fuel reserves and technology sufficient to provide its foreseeable energy and export needs for centuries and has no need of nuclear power;
As Iran's current and former leadership have established Iran as a rogue state openly hostile to American values and further to the destruction of our allies and our way of life;
That no agreement be entered with Iran on the part of the United States which would allow continued development or possession of nuclear material or technology which could further Iran's aim of developing nuclear weapons; and
Any agreement with Iran be subject to the Treaty Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
