It is time for our government to actively research and review the possibility of legalizing marijuana. Studies should be performed to determine if there are negative effects of recreational marijuana use, and it should be reasonably debated if these effects are reason to leave cannibus illegal. Also, consider the resulting tax money that could be going towards paying back our national debt as well as decrease in money spent on the "criminals" who are arrested for possession of marijauan or other similar, unnecessarily illegal actions regarding the plant.
