The right to petition is guaranteed to us by the first amendment of the constitution. There are many important issues being addressed in the petitions on this website, but no real way of knowing whether this system is actually working, or just a lose end that gives we, the people, the illusion that we actually have a say in how our country is being run.
There are many crucial issues being adressed in these petitions, but national policy doesn't seem to notice.
So, to test and see if Uncle Sam is really listening, I'm putting up this petition to petition Mr. Obama to actually respond to these issues and address his public directly, with regards to issues like GMO foods, decriminalization of Marijuana, and an end to supporting Terrorists abroad under the guise of liberty and freedom.
