lets take a look at the defenition of Redress.
redress v. 1. To set right, remedy or rectify. 2. To make amends for. n. 1. Satisfaction for wrong done; reparation. 2. Correction.
The WeThePeople page on whitehouse.gov is UnConstitutional in that you are merely ADDRESSING and NOT REDRESSING.
When citizens gather signatures for a "REDRESS" of grievances you are supposed to take action NOT make empty responses as to why you are NOT REDRESSING GRIEVANCES!
If you will not honor your citizen's signed petitions, demanding changes through redress, then this web page of false hope should be deemed unconstitutional and immediately pulled from the server.
