Actually respond to petitions that reach the signature quota with a genuine response. not a cut and pasted response.

The Obama administration has not only failed to responded in a timely manner but has also used reponses from previous petitons to respond to new and different ones. For example, a petition was created and titled "We ask President Obama to support law abiding gun owners in this time of tragedy." This petion recieved 57,670 signatures and was reponded to with an in general statement that did not satisfy the petion at all. Another petition had also been created and was titled, "stop any legislation that will ban assault weapons, semi-automatic rifles or handguns and high capacity magazines. this petion got 31,094 signatures and recieved the same exact video response as the other petion and absolutely did not address the petion at all. It says they do as they please.
