Pres Obama announced a Mortgage Fraud Task Force in his State of the Union address back in January and criminal charges are supposedly not off the table. It is now July and nothing has been accomplished. Statutes of Limitations are running and the DOJ is not staffing the task force. S&L prosecutions had 1000's of staff and CRIMINAL sentences back when BANKS actually were held accountable like We the (regular) People are. Banking scandals will continue unless Eric Holder allots the necessary staff and actually files CRIMINAL CHARGES for any of the growing list of CRIMES- fraud, forgery, tax evaision (MERS), LIBOR market manipulation, JPMorgan Dimon's admission that laws were broken, bond market manip, RICO, Wall St drug use.. Who does Holder represent- We the People or TBTF Banksters?
