adapt new rules for the criminal punishment system.

Every time a person is arrested for a felony, any type of felony, they are punished according to this rules:
1. They shall be imprisoned for 3 months.
2. Every Friday, at 6 pm, two masked figures with baseball bats come and beat the shit out of them for 2 hours.
3. After these 3 months, they attend counseling for 6 months. If they skip counseling, see step 5.
4. After the 6 months of counseling, they shall have 3 months of probation.
5. If they violate any rules, they shall be imprisoned for 6 months, and beaten the shit out of Fridays and Mondays at 6 pm. After their imprisonment, they shall follow the same cycle of counseling and probation.
6. If they violate their second parole, or skip counseling, they shall be drowned is semen and baby tears.
